Fear, an impossible barrier, overcome.
With it, strength, believing who you became.
But this strength was false, you’ve been overrun.
Searching, searching to reclaim.

Flight so high beyond reason.
The world makes so much sense.
All before the change of the season.
Come crashing down at everyone’s expense.

Now in the rubble you’re searching for answers.
The world returns to questionable meaning.
What is left on us are cancers.
Is there a way of treating?

Hope for healing remains as hearts are still beating.
